Welcome to our Roost news blog where we’ll be posting regular Roost updates as well as share useful insights and features relating to strata property living from our network of partners.
Since launching in late December 2019, Roost offers a new way for apartment residents to find useful building information, insights and services for over 74,000 Australian strata buildings. Our mission is provide a place for Australian apartment residents to find everything they need all in one place, whenever they need it.
Every Roost building has its own virtual concierge that can be activated to help residents and building teams with a range of common tasks. Residents, building teams and property agents can activate Roost buildings with some basic building information, and we then support activated buildings with resident invitations and in-building promotion.
As more and more Australians choose apartment living the demand for better and ‘always-on’ service experiences will grow. We’re excited about the potential for virtual assistants and AI to make apartment living better and smarter, and we’ll share more information on our success and product roadmap here.
