Quick guide to activating your building on Roost

Introducing Roost

Roost provides strata plans with an easy to find hub for resident information sharing, announcements and resident messaging.

Our starter plan is 100% free, and Owners Corporations and building teams can upgrade any time to access premium features or subscribe for multiple strata plans.

Here’s how it works and how to get started:

Step 1 – Find your building

Search for your building by street address. If your building is not currently on Roost we’ll add it.

Step 2 – Click ‘Activate’ and select your plan

Residents, Owners Corps and building teams can activate buildings and our starter plan is 100% free. You can upgrade to access premium features anytime.

Once activated, our team will update your building page and let you know your building is ready. You can add more data anytime.

Step 3 – Add some useful resident information

Sign-in to your your building page and click ‘Add building data’ or add it directly here.

You can add resident guides, amenities, links and documents, and only registered residents will be able to see this information.

Step 4 – Promote your building page

Create a simple building invite with a QR code for residents, or we can create one for you.

Step 5 – Go Premium to send announcements and manage data

With our premium plan, building admins can easily send email and SMS messages and announcements to registered residents, edit users, and manage building information. See our plans.
